How it works

Working with your team as an ally is a process, not an event. Our approach is tailored to meet your specific needs and the results you want to create.

 Our approach includes a mix of:

  • Up-front assessment: Often an initial assessment is conducted that involves interviewing key stakeholders or gathering data using standard instruments.
  • Team learning/working sessions: A series of periodic team learning sessions are conducted over a 3-6 month period. This process ensures that results happen over time and that learning is continually applied and practiced. Depending on your objectives, our approach may go beyond the team to engage the entire organization in a collaborative learning process.
  • Experimentation and action: Between learning sessions, team members engage in specific action assignments.
  • Individual coaching: Team members may be partnered with individual coaches to support a process of ongoing learning, challenge, and action – it is like gas in the engine.
  • Commitment: This process is effective for leadership teams that have a real hunger for learning and change, and requires a substantial commitment to the process.
