Engage the Workforce in Learning and Change

Most learning that happens in organizations happens “in between the lines” – it is informal and springs from people engaged in collaborative ventures with others. We design processes that do just that: engage employees across an organization in learning collaboratively in the pursuit of meaningful organizational change.
