MOMENTUM COACHING IN LATIN AMERICA:
COACHING HALL INTERNATIONAL

An initial pilot program of Momentum Coaching was delivered by me and my buddy L.A. Reding in March 2003 in Bogotá in collaboration with our dear friends and colleagues Sonia Sinisterra and Luis Maldonado. The program was a smash hit, and led to a contract to design a comprehensive curriculum that could be used as a powerful basis for a certification program that would meet the standards of the International Coach Federation.  

A year later, the first cohort of professional coaches from all parts of Colombia and other Latin American countries completed the first certification program in its entirety, and I joined Sonia and Luis as a partner in Coaching Hall International.

In August 2004 the first group of Program Leader Candidates completed a leadership training process to qualify them to lead courses in the Coaching Hall International curriculum…We are off and running!.
